Shipping Information: Shipping dates are Monday and Wednesday of each week and takes 1-5 Bussiness days to arrive. 

Returns & Refunds: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your DDCMD purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery in its original condition and packaging for a full refund. You should expect a to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we received it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
